VFD Machined Gear Set

Machined from solid steel, these 48P gears mesh perfectly with the stock VFD housing—zero slop and no breaking-in needed. Swapped them in as a direct replacement for the stock option parts and the transmission sounds tighter under load.

Picked these up for my VFD transmission and they fit perfectly with zero slop. The hardened steel teeth mesh really nicely, and I've put several packs through without any wear.

The machining on these gears is noticeably crisper than the stock parts, and the 48P teeth mesh with zero slop after a quick setup. Dropped them into the VFD housing and it’s been quiet and consistent through a full pack of crawling.
